I keep getting error 020 repeatedly while trying to watch Netflix. I have model 3820X - Streaming Stick 4K, software version 11.0.0 build 4193-CU, device ID S08Y41C4LGR1

Several of us have provided our info. It's been several weeks and I'm still having HDCP issues. It all started after the last update. It's random when opening any app. Hulu, Netflix, etc. The type of app does not matter. Unplugging the HDMI and plugging it back in only temporarily fixes it. When is Roku going to address this? It's apparently an issue with the 4k Express based on the multiple comments here. This is getting old. Please fix this!!!!

I have a 4800X and it has been generating this HDCP error for the past two weeks off and on but mostly on.  It's on Netflix, Amazon and YTTV.  I have changed nothing, everything is hooked up exactly as it has been for the past year - it's you people with a faulty update so just fix the **bleep** thing.  I should not have to be disconnecting and reconnecting cables every time I want to watch TV because your programmers are incompetent.

Same here, had the Express since Jan 3rd without issues until about a month ago. The cable "fix" does not work, very annoying!

It's apparent that we're being ignored at this point. None of the original support specialists have even replied back. I'm just waiting for a new support tech to come on here and ask the same questions the past ones have and then ignore us for 2 more weeks.

HEY ROKU!!! Can we get some type of update on this HDCP situation. It's been weeks!!!!

Received my ROKU 4k+ on May 15, 2022.  Installed a couple days later,  From installation to current date (5/31). I have been receiving an intermittent error message:  HDCP error detected. several times a day.  The solution is to disconnect the cable from the TV and the ROKU device and the TV and plug them back in.  That works but is not a satisfactory solution. It is very annoying and should not be happening.

My device:  Model 3841X-ROKU express 4K+

Device ID:  S07P21A242JG

Software:  11.0.0 Build 4193-CR
