I have read the solutions to this issue which I have tried. I have not been successful after removing Apple TV, reinstalling and rebooting my Roku. I unplugged, rebooted deleted and added it back with no success. Apple TV plays with no sound! Any other suggestions on how to fix it? I have 3 roku devices. The other 2 work perfectly.
When reinstalling a channel, the order in which you do things matters.
Remove the channel.
IMPORTANT, DON'T SKIP!! Restart the Roku to clear its memory cache. Otherwise you may not get a clean reinstall.
Reinstall the channel.
You mentioned doing all these things but not in this order.
