An unexpected problem (but not server timeout or HTTP error) has been detected.

All my other channels/apps work fine on my Roku 65 in tv, but when I try to play movies on Disney +, i get that error code. I've done everything. Removed app/reinstalled, factory reset TV, reset my Router/Network, lowered the app speed in Disney+, etc.

This is being posted EVERYWHERE because the latest firmware ROKU put out screwed up certain TV's.

ROKU needs to fix this, its not a Disney problem. My other ROKU tv in bedroom works fine.

Hi @gladesteen

Thanks for keeping in touch!

Many channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since the error only occurs on the Disney Plus channel, that's an indication that there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them. We indeed recommend contacting Disney Plus to report the issue and get help.

Thank you for your understanding.

Warm Regards,

Lianna
