My Amazon Prime Video app stopped working. I did a "reset " of my Sharp-Roku TV, but the graphics aren't displaying. I did it twice ! I even "deleted " the app, re-installed it. Then "re-activated " it (using the code on the screen). Still didn't work.

i can't get amazon prime either. it shows the "loading" screen, and then goes dark. when "home" is then selected, the home screen bounces and goes crazy. i'm paying for amazon prime as well as paramount plus, but can't get either one.

How long has the issue been occurring? As a first step, could you try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel best assist.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.

I am using a 3900ca bought in 2019. Prime Video not working. Other Channels OK.
All updated, tried uninstall/reinstall, resets, etc
Takes me into my Prime Video and all looks normal.
When I hit the video to Resume, it just takes me back to the Roku Home screen.
Called Prime and a South African gal in Cape Town told me that the Roku device was no longer supported.
Over to you guys at Roku. I am able to get Prime another way, but no more Roku
