Solving playback issues

I’ve been trying to use airplay to play NJPW World videos through either safari or the chrome browser on my iPhone and all it does is show the loading circle.  Other videos work fine, anyone have a solution?

Instead of using AirPlay-casting within the browsers, use AirPlay-mirroring from Control Center/Screen Mirroring

Otherwise, if its just that website that doesn't cast when browsing, its probably a DRM/codec/format related issue.

same issues on others websites.

Airplay-mirroring from control center works though, but it will show the full webpage instead of the video itself .  And once you maximum the video to full screen , it doesnt work anymore .

I am able to cast the video itself on the webpage to a AppleTV 3 , seem like the implementation of airplay on Roku does not work similar to Apple devices .

It may work differently, but Apple codes the (hidden) AirPlay apps on Rokus, so ultimately you'll need to address it for both ends (sending/receiving) with Apple.
