AirPlay problem AND Bluetooth Audio problem!

Last Saturday (2/13/21) we were using AirPlay from our iPad to watch a TV show - it consistently kicked us off at around 14 minutes into the program.  We eventually quit trying to watch.
The same problem occurred on Sunday - this time (after doing some research) we unpaired Roku and our iPad.
3 times.
The last time, a screen popped up asking if we wanted to open Bluetooth Audio. We responded, “No thanks”.
when we tried to watch the TV, we saw the Bluetooth Audio screen and the iPad showed that it was connected to Bluetooth Audio.
many attempts were made to correct this.
Bluetooth Audio will not go away.

Re: AirPlay problem AND Bluetooth Audio problem!

@LeastinID

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using Airplay with? Have you tried turning off the Bluetooth on both devices to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing? In addition, can you provide screenshots of any messages that you receive so we can better understand what you are seeing?

With more information we will be able to assist you further.

Thanks,
Danny
