Screen Mirroring worked just fine on my TV(43s423) until the update it got on may 7th and now it works for about 20 minutes and then the audio and video desynchronize until I disconnect and reconnect to it.
I've tried rebooting both my TV and phone repeatedly but it doesn't make a difference.
Android or iPhone?

Are you referring to Miracast-based mirroring or AirPlay2-based mirroring?
Are you referring to a Roku firmware update? If so, what's your current firmware version?
Have you tried switching the Roku's and/or phone's WiFi connection from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz, or vice versa, or from wireless to wired (or vice versa)?
