ABC7 Los Angeles Not Updating

I watch local channel ABC7 here in Los Angeles (I watch it on HULU) a lot on my #RokuUltra.  Never had a problem before.  Today, around 4 pm, it started rebuffering a few minutes into the news.  Every time I try it again, it restarts at the 4 pm time I originally turned it on.  It keeps saying "we are having trouble showing this" but I can't figure out why.  I have done all of the recommended steps to fix this -- restarted the Roku Ultra, checked my wireless connection (it is good and says signal is 'excellent'), restarted my modem, logged out and then back in, even removed HULU - restarted Roku Ultra - reinstalled HULU but still have the same problem.  Don't know if this is happening on other channels or not as I am watching a football game thru a different app.  Is the problem my Roku Ultra?  Or is it my HULU?  Or is it my WiFi (again Roku says signal is excellent)?  Nothing seems to fix this proble
