Hi, the A/V Signal from my Roku Ultra to my TV keeps cutting out after/during when ads play. Also When ads play, there are audio pops and video blips. And usually by the end of the ad block, the signal from the Roku has cut out and I have to press the home button to wake it back up.
1. I’m using the original Roku power cable plugged into the wall.
2. Brand new HDMI cable
3. display set to 1080P

Try a different HDMI port on the TV.
Also, does this happen on content that does not contain ads?
Does this happen on multiple services? With what services does this happen (list three)?
