75% of my screen is freezing and then goes back to normal, it’s never done this before and just started today... I’ve reset it completely and did the cache removed button pressing thingy I’ve seen people do, but it is not working... it’s still freezing the lower half of the screen but the top part will still continue to play the video

Can you please provide more information about what you are seeing? What Roku device are you using? Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable as well as using another HDMI port on your TV to see if you are still experiencing the issue? Is this specific issue happening on a certain channel or does it happen on all channels?
