After about 2 weeks, my 3810X becomes slow. The menu navigation is slow, app loading is slow, and the playback buffers. Selecting restart from the menu corrects it for a week or so then the problem comes back. Seems like a memory leak to me. Any ideas on how to fix it? My other Roku devices are flawless.
Thanks
TJ
You didnt mention your firmware version - however, for all intents and purposes, every RokuOS version/build has memory leaks, hence why its good practice to restart/reboot devices at least once a week (all devices for that matter, not just Rokus).
There is no "fix" (other than newer firmware versions/builds, which may or may not fix the memory leaks/create new ones), just the workaround - restart at least once a week.
Sounds like a poorly designed and tested product. If they cannot find the root cause at least offer the ability to reboot on a schedule.

On that we agree - they actually have a beta program, but It seems more akin to an alpha program at best considering the state of all the "release" builds (and the fact that almost all devices sold at retail are configured for the beta software servers - we are their unwitting QA/RC/Beta testers).
Not only should users be able to restart on a schedule, but the automatic updates should be allowed a user-configurable daily schedule (time) as well, amongst other reasonable system control "compromises".
You can always suggest it: https://community.roku.com/t5/Suggest-a-Feature/bd-p/Wishlist
Is there any fix for this? I have to restart daily now for it to be usable.
Thanks

Assuming you have firmware version 10.0.0-4209, then you have the latest firmware.
Make sure you have it powered with the supplied USB AC adapter (and not your TV/AVR).
Otherwise, wait for a new firmware, or pursue support directly:
