A couple things might help... I never know when I have the most current updated software. Can you point me to where it's listed or post the Version and Build number for the Roku TV Cameras app? The individual device (streaming stick...Express 4K+...Premier...etc) Version and Build number? The Android and IPhone Version and Build number for the Smart Home App? The Version and Build number for the individual cameras like the Wired Indoor  Wired outdoor... DoorBell camera? Etc??

You ask us to update manually but never tell us what Version and Build number we should have?

I have 3 cameras and the latest update about mid Dec and early Jan have not fixed my issues. I'm so tired of factory resetting... deleting and re-adding the apps...unplugging the modem...switch....router...TV...Device...and restarting them in a specific order.

Works ok on my laptop without fail...so I'd think the cameras are good...connection is good... I don't think your cloud software or server software is working as it should...

Charlie

It is their service and this happens with them all the time. It takes months to be semi-fixed and then something else goes horribly wrong. Don't waste your time doing the trouble shooting they suggest multiple times. It is not you, it's their servers and bad firmware.

There is a thread about all their issues, that they have now locked, with pages and pages of the similar issues you are experiencing. I would suggest you check it out.

As for finding the builds, on android, open your app, click account tab, then click privacy and legal to see current app version. To see the cameras individually, click the gear box on the live feed, and find the device info tab. On roku tv move to the app, then click the star button to find build number. Not sure about apple products.

That said, there is no manual update anymore, everything is forced, and untested, and rolls out at random times, to random groups of cameras depending on serial numbers.

Save yourself some grief and trust me when I say, it's them as in Roku, not you or the devices, so troubleshooting is a complete waste of time.
