inside roku cam shows event with photo, but no live view

I use roku cams remotely via the app for live views without recordings and for motion detection.  Recently, the live view can't connect, but I can see events with photos from the camera so the cams seem to be connected and working.  how do i get the live views back?  thanks.

problem solved with simple update of the smart home app!
