I got the smart home security system, the app won't connect to the monitoring hub. It won't even try. It shows a loading symbol for about half a second, then nothing. I've restarted the device, plugged directly into the modem, cleared the cache on the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my wifi. Etc. it still does the same thing every single time.
If anyone has a solution I would love to know, I'm about ready to just return it.

I tried the instruction below and it states the hub is offline. Background: I had to change my Wi-Fi password and went to update the hub and it just says off line. I tried the double tap of the rest button, got the "ready to connect" but the ROKU still says "hub offline" (cloud with the line through it)
.

After you pressed the reset button, have you re-set up the device?

So you people are telling me the only way to do this is to totally reset the dam system, and then have to go around to every door and window sensor and pull the battery back in and back out of the d*** thing.?
I regret putting this piece of s*** system in my home
It's obviously happening. Your company wide that when you go to use the app and turn on this system, it says reload everytime happens weekly
Now, this piece of junk system, the first two out of three lights are blinking back and forth, is disconnected from the internet, what a joke
Hi @Bounce160,
If the issue continues after following the troubleshooting steps provided by our moderator, @RokuTakashi, try again to set up the Roku Home Monitoring Accessories.
Keep us posted.
