Smart Home Camera not recording

I have nothing but issues for this free two week trial. My cameras won't record in the front. The back one was recording and now it won't even trigger to take a pic, nothing. Just the flood light will come on. I think if they can't fix this issue soon, I will head back to Brinks or another security monitoring place. I haven't even installed the inside cameras because of the issues with the two flood camera's

Thanks for posting about your Roku camera issue. We're here to assist you.

We'd like to know the following:

  • Exact model of the Roku Camera that is not recording
  • Are you getting notifications when your camera detects motion?
  • Is the live feed of this camera working?

In the meantime, make sure that the camera is running the latest firmware version. We also recommend you try restarting the camera.
