Smart Home App Unable to Log In

I somehow got logged out of the smart home app (iPhone user) and when I try to log back in - the app is telling me that my email / password do not match their records. I tried resetting the password multiple times, logged into the Roku website but the smart home app is still bot letting me log on. I tried deleting and updating - not working. 

Thanks for any help!
