I bought two brand new Roku cameras off the Roku app. I can get to the part where they ask me to put in the password for the Wi-Fi. I have checked the Wi-Fi. It is 2.4. I have restarted and unplugged all devices and tried a different mobile phone and a different app to set up. Nothing is working to get these cameras to work I can’t get it to get let me hit the next button to get past where it’s asking for the Wi-Fi password

I am using an iPhone 15 iOS software 18.4.0 I just uninstalled n reinstalled the app so it most recent one yes there are special Character in my password
