SCS11X Not connecting to WiFi

I bought two brand new Roku cameras off the Roku app. I can get to the part where they ask me to put in the password for the Wi-Fi. I have checked the Wi-Fi. It is 2.4. I have restarted and unplugged all devices and tried a different mobile phone and a different app to set up. Nothing is working to get these cameras to work I can’t get it to get let me hit the next button to get past where it’s asking for the Wi-Fi password

Thanks for sharing your concern about the new Roku Indoor Camera. We're here to help.

We'd like to know the following:

  • Make, model, and OS/iOS version of your phone
  • Roku Smart Home app version
  • Are there any special characters or anything in your Wi-Fi password?

Also, try the following troubleshooting below.

  1. Make sure the Roku Smart Home app is fully updated
  2. Force close and reopen the app, and try setting up again
  3. Delete and re-add the app from your phone.

I am using an iPhone 15 iOS software 18.4.0 I just uninstalled n reinstalled the app so it most recent one yes there are special Character in my password
