Roku power plugs and white lights

Plugs and lights both need 2.4hz connectivity. I have WiFi but not 2.4hz. Is there an adapter or setting I can use to allow plugs and lights to connect?

Re: Roku power plugs and white lights

Hi @tomlollis14,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

I understand that you are having trouble connecting your Roku Smart Plug and Roku Smart White Light to your internet service. I am more than happy to provide more information about this.

If your current Wi-Fi network does not support the 2.4GHz frequency band, you will need to get in touch with your internet service provider. Ask them to enable the 2.4GHz connection on your network so that you can successfully connect your Roku Smart Home device to the internet.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards,
Riamie
