Roku light bulb wont pair or work in the app.

Bought the 4 pack Roku Smart white bulbs that have been working since March. Yesterday 1 of them stopped working in the app. Light was on but I could not control it in the app. I rest all bulbs and all paired but the same one giving issues. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and same thing. I moved it to 3 other location to see if it was the light socket and got the same issue. It will not pair back to the app, it just turns on with the light switch only now.

We understand you are having a problem with the Roku smart home bulb since it stopped working. We're happy to assist you further. Please try the troubleshooting steps below.

Delete the bulb

  1. Open the Home screen.
  2. Select your device.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete device.

Set up your bulb again

  1. Open the home screen.
  2. Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar. 
  3. Select Add Device.
  4. Select your device category and then select a device.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
