I just purchased a few Roku cameras for my home. When I am using the Roku Smart Home app on my andriod phone to record video it seems to record fine. Then when I go to view the video after I am done recording the video freezes after about 30 seconds.
Everything is up-to-date. I can't figure out how to make the videos playback without freezing.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what was your work around?
Thanks for reporting this, @Jeff_USAF_Ret!
Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app and seeing if there is any difference?
Please let us know if that works.

Yes we tried that and it did not resolve the problem. This happens on all of our android phones.
We'd like to take a closer look at this issue. Share with us some details:
Important: The Roku cameras will only record event video if you have a Smart Home subscription. If you don’t have a subscription, they will only take pictures when they detect motion. To ensure you have an active subscription for your Roku cameras, please log in to your Roku account.
Keep us posted.
