Roku Outdoor SE Camera not Triggering events

I have two Outdoor SE Cameras.  One is newer than the other.  The first one is working as expected.  The second one is not triggering events even though they have been setup the same.  I switched locations to see if the same cameras would change or stay the same.  The original still worked as expected and the new one still doesn’t.  I have the subscription for all cameras. Is there something wrong with the new camera?
