I've stop using all Roku devices. The customer support on this issues is terrible. They keep saying the same ole thing. Reset 3 times... its frustrating.

  • Is this happening from all of your Roku Smart bulbs?
  • What specific model of Roku Smart bulb you are having an issue with? Example: Smart Bulb White SE or Smart Bulb Color SE
  • When did you start to notice the issue?

I HEAR YA THERE  SMART HOME AP IS GARBAGE SUPPORT IS A JOKE  i HAVE FILED COMPAINTS WITH FCC FTC  AND  CAIFORNIA STATE AG'S OFFICE  ROKU HQIS IN SAN JOSE  CUSDTUIMER SUPRT IS IN INDIA AND THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMITENT  I M ASL LOKININTO STARTING A CLAS ACTION SUIT AGAINST ROKU
