Outdoor floodlight camera audio issue

My camera has an issue whit the audio last day rain too much and it sound like interference or static.

We understand you are having a problem with the Roku floodlight camera since it has a static sound. We're happy to assist you further. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Make sure the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up to date.
  2. Check the signal strength.
    • If it is below 3 bars, suggest moving the camera closer to the router.
  3. Power cycle the camera.
  4. Factory reset and set it up as a new device.
  5. If the problem continues restart your router and check the signal strength. If it is below 3 bars, suggest moving the camera closer to the router.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
