My new cameras are taking forever on the firmware update

How long does this usually take to update the firmware on new cameras

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding your inquiry of updating your Roku Smart Home Camera.

Updating the firmware on a Roku Smart Home device shouldn't take too long depending on the connection of your wireless network. How far is your Roku Smart Home device from your wireless router? Were you able to finish updating the firmware on your device?
