How come only one of my "3 indoor cam which is viewing in nitetime light condition" , is black when viewing on my phone?

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue that you had with the Roku indoor camera. Please try to check if there is an available update on your Roku smart home app, and check as well if the Roku camera is up to date by following the steps below.
After any software updates are finished, each smart home device will automatically restart.
