I've tried resetting it but it doesn't work I tried unplugging it and pluging it in another outlet but it just doesn't restart?

If I understand it correctly, your Indoor Camera shows a red status light, right? Refer to the table below for information about what the status light means as you power on your camera and continue with the setup process.
