My camera’s stopped providing me notifications

The user gave you all the information that you needed and still you didn’t help him.

 

My camera’s stopped providing me notifications five days ago, and resetting them, deleting the app, unplugging the cameras, and toggle the settings within the app and my phone all failed.

now I’m dealing with people entering my home but no way to know so these cameras are no better than plastic fakes. 

I want these fixed.
