Indoor roku camera wont get past ready to connect

I have had my indoor camera a couple months I cracked the screen on my phone and want to add it to another phone, I started setup and hit the button and heard the voice say " Ready to setup" well, there is a button on the bottom of my screen that says " i heard ready to connect" well I cannot hit the button it won't light up to go to next step" my wifi is on what's the issue

We appreciate you for reporting this issue to our attention about having a hard time resetting your camera and are not able to hit the "I heard ready to connect" button on the Roku Smart Home app. We are happy to help you with this issue.

Let's see if this will work for you.

  • Uninstall the Roku Smart Home app and reinstall it again.
  • Restart your smart camera:
  1. Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
  • Set up again:
  1. Open the Home screen
  2. Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
  3. Select Add device
  4. Select your device category and then select a device
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

This didn’t help and I unplugged my Camara pressed setup and I still don’t hear the “Ready to Connect”

Thanks for letting us know that your Roku camera is not connecting to your Roku Smart Home app. We would like to take a closer look into it.

Can you tell us if your Roku Camera has a status light? If it doesn't, we recommend trying a different power outlet. If the problem continues, please let us know.
