Indoor camera setup issues

I have added my cameras to my app at least four times. It says setup is complete, and it shows cameras working, but if I go to another app and come back to it, it is on the Add a Device screen. I have to go through the whole setup again. What is the issue?

When setting up your Roku Smart Home camera, is the device close to your wireless network? Have you tried to delete the app, restart your mobile phone, then install the app again? 

With more information, we can provide you with an accurate resolution.
