Indoor Camera won’t set up after changing Wi-Fi

I just change wifi places and both my cameras won’t set up. I have removed them off my smart home app. The light goes from red to blue as soon as I turn it on. It’s not saying ready to connect or anything.

Exactly same problem. We use our camera as a baby monitor, it worked great at our house, took it to grandmas house, worked fine, but came back to our home WiFi and now it won't set up.
it turns solid blue when we turn it on, but device doesn't show up on my app. Both are on the same WiFi. Tried factory reset and all the things. Light is just solid blue each time, won't do anything if you press set up.

@Nottoday2025,

Can you please describe the exact behavior of the issue? Were you able to connect to the internet, or which part of the setup process are you stuck on that is preventing the camera from being set up?

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work on this.

We're looking into it.
