How do you add Roku smart light bulbs to Apple home?

Jump to solution

My lights work fine but it says online they’re compatible with Apple home, but when I scan the QR code on the lights it doesn’t connect. Bluetooth is on and lights are already paired to the Roku app, I just want them on my Apple home so I don’t have to open the Roku app to change the lights and can do it from my watch or with Siri or pull down from the corner of my screen and do it that way.

Hi @y2kblazed,

Thanks for reaching out!

We get that you want to use Apple Home on your Roku Smart Light Bulb.

Please be advised that you must use the Roku Smart Home app to control your Roku Smart Home device. It's the only way to get everything up and running smoothly!

Thanks for understanding.
