Hi, @Sp165.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having trouble setting up your camera. No worries, we'd be happy to help you with this.

Is there any status light when you set up your Floodlight camera? Also, have you checked the wiring or the breaker for the Floodlight?

If so, try to flip the breaker to the OFF position. Wait 5-10 seconds, and then turn the breaker back to the ON position.

If there is a status light, you may try following these steps:

  1. With the Roku Camera plugged into power, press and hold the setup button on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds. This will reset the camera.
  2. Wait at least 30 seconds for the unit to initialize.
  3. The LED status light on the device will change from Solid Red to Flashing Red.
  4. The device is now ready to be set up again.
