Connection timeout, please rescan qr code

Everytime I try to connect my indoor camera, I scan the qr and get the message connection timeout, please rescan QR code. I’m next to my router, connecting it to 2.4ghz WiFi… I don’t understand what the issue is

We'd like to help you out here. If it's still acting up, we would recommend performing the steps below and see if that helps.

  • Reset the router
  • Power-cycle the camera (Unplug and re-plug)
