I’m trying to setup my wireless doorbell and my Bluetooth is on, but I can’t get the prepare chime step. The light is flashing yellow and it’s less than 30ft away from both the doorbell and my WiFi router. I have iPhone so I’m not sure if that effects the setup process or not.
Hey, @SpookyBaby04.
Thanks for reaching out!
May we know what you're seeing on the screen on your phone? Also, does the chime produce a "Ready to connect" sound, or is it just flashing yellow?

The chime does say ready to connect, I got back to the app after it asks about the Bluetooth and even when I do it takes me back to my settings
Thanks for the update, @SpookyBaby04!
Can you please try to restart the setup process? Also, make sure to turn on the Bluetooth first before proceeding with the process.

I have, I did this probably ten times now and still can’t get past the step. The only difference is my doorbell will flash blue when there’s movement in front of it but the chime still isn’t connected
When I press the doorbell now the chime does go off with it but I still can’t get past the step on the app itself and the chime still flashes yellow
Thanks for the update, @SpookyBaby04!
Have you also tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app again, and see if it'll do the trick?
Let us know if that works!

I ended up going to a Roku support chat and they were amazing! Found out it was my phone being an issue (literally tried everything). Used my hubbies phone and had absolutely no problems for the setup after that!
Awesome, @SpookyBaby04!
We're glad that you're all set now! If you need more help, please don't hesitate to reach out.
