My dad bought a Roku video doorbell camera and I was able to hook it up to my Roku account bc I have a Roku Smart TV. The first week free,I was able to play back the live feed. But days before the subscription payment I was no longer able to play back the live feed. But my dad can and he is on my Roku account. I still can't play them. I have reached out to Roku multiple times and I'm not happy. Fix your stuff Roku (overheating, can't play live feed). If you can't fix your stuff you shouldn't be in the camera business!!

It looks like there could be an internet issue, which is why you cannot view the video recording even before the trial ends. But we'd like to know if you're already subscribed to the camera plan. If so, will you be able to view the video recording?
