Both indoor cameras failed, need a return shipping label

One camera was dead on arrival. (it would power up but failed to connect to network)

The other camera worked for a few weeks with a new SD card I added from the beginning. But after a few weeks it stopped recognizing the card. Reformatting it and rebooting router won't help.

ROKU sent me an RMA number but no return shipping label. I am well within warranty since the cameras are only a couple months old.

How will I get a shipping label for my return/exchange ?
