standard roku control or voice roku control will not work on

standard roku control or voice roku control will not work on my roku stick.screen page got stock,s hows the back of the voice remote control where the lights an battery are, but does not do anything, i can control the volume and on and off but does not do anything else, i have disconnected, re-set it several times, i have tried to use the voice remote and the standrad control same problem, goes to lenguage page show the back of the control and does no move from there, i have press the reset bottom on the back of the voice control a hundred times and does no move from there. what can i do!!!

That button isn't a reset button; it's a pairing button.  The image on your screen is trying to tell you to press and hold that button for 5 seconds (or until the green light starts flashing).
