hi all i’ve just bought a roku express stick for my nephew so he can watch disney plus but when i went through the set up and done everything the only channel showing are netflix bbc i player and horror channel live searched everywhere for disney plus and can’t find it

also i’ve added the channel on the phone app as well but it doesn’t seem to be talking to each other i’ve been trying for 2 hours now and getting nowhere

By the way, I assume you've added "The Roku channel" to your phone, so I'll just point out that that is one of many channels on a Roku device. It is not a "Roku device simulator".
