Roku setup

I was having trouble with a Roku stick that would not connect.  So I deactivated the stick on the computer. Now when I try and reinstall it. I cannot get an access code. It just goes to the old screen I had on the tv with Roku with all of the channels. I dont see a way to reinstall the stick. (3810x)

You have to factory reset the stick to link it to your account again.  From the Home Screen menu go to Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Factory reset and follow the instructions.
