"not support" error message

We just moved our TV from one corner of the room to another,  and now the Roku message continues to say either "not support" or "no signal".  We have tried unplugging and restarting and cannot get the Roku to reconnect.  We purchased this roku at the end of last year.

The message is coming from your TV, not the Roku.  Try a different HDMI input on your TV or a different HDMI cable.  Also, ensure you're using the supplied power adapter and not your TV's USB port.
