I have a 4k ultra hd smart tv with hrd

There is no way to manually download and there is no number I can find to call them. What do I need to do?
Is it a Roku TV (which isn't actually manufactured by Roku)? Or is it another TV that has a Roku attached?
What's the brand TV?
And can you post a picture of this?
