i had an older Roku that kept losing connection so I upgraded and bought a Roku Express.  I installed it on my TV and have been using it for two months.  I recently went to my online account and it says that I have no devices linked.  When I try to link, it asks for an activation code displayed on my TV?   Where do I find this code?   Did I install it incorrectly...it works just fine.  Can I add a device retro?  Do I need to completely uninstall and do it over again?

It sounds like you did not install it correctly.  Check the email address on your Roku that is shown under Settings->System->About.  That should be the same email address you use to log in at https://my.roku.com .  You may have created a second Roku account when you set up your Express and not realize it.  The only way to link a device to a Roku account is to perform a factory reset.

It sounds like you did not install it correctly.  Check the email address on your Roku that is shown under Settings->System->About.  That should be the same email address you use to log in at https://my.roku.com .  You may have created a second Roku account when you set up your Express and not realize it.  The only way to link a device to a Roku account is to perform a factory reset.
