having Roku or Having cable

I think with purchasing different app on Roku is not any cheaper than going with cable

For me it is. It depends on how much cable costs for you, and what live (linear) streaming services you use. I only use the linear streaming service Pluto TV, and I am able to get other stuff that I want to watch from Hulu or from an antenna, so my savings are huge.

However, if I were to go with a paid live streaming service (a cable replacement), it would still be cheaper than cable for me.
