Hello all. Trying to set up a new Roku express. Trying to sign into YouTube TV. I keep getting the message saying “almost done! Complete the final steps on your mobile device or computer to start” and I can’t get past this screen. I’ve tried the Roku remote on my phone. I’ve deleted the YouTube tv app, rebooted my Roku and then reinstalled YouTube tv, and it still gets “stuck” at this screen. How do I fix this? What am I missing?
It's good you got your situation resolved. Let me throw this out there, just in case you weren't aware, or in case others reading this weren't aware.
YouTube TV can be shared with other accounts set up as Google Family members.
In case the other account you used is a family member and you are the head of the Google Family setup, you could share it with that person. If they were to log in on that Roku device, or another Roku device, under their Google account, they could still access YouTube TV as a member of that Google Family setup.
