Roku is not officially supported in Pakistan. As with all unsupported countries, you may find some apps work and some apps don't. Keep in mind that just because a service may be available in a particular country, that does not mean the Roku app will work there.

OK thanks for guiding me. If i change region settings to US then will it work?

Uncertain. Geolocation will often prevent what you're trying. VPNs aren't allowed. What you're seeking is problematic.
