Roku setup

I have a condo in Cabo San Lucas.  If I purchase a Roku Express 4+ and set it up in my condo in Mexico, will it work?  I have fiber for internet (Telmex) and a Smart Samsung TV w/ an HDMI port.

Roku is supported in there countries. But certain channels/apps may not work but that’s up to the channel supporter not Roku
