Roku setup

Tried to setup Roku but got stuck on a webpage that isn’t working. When I try to set it up again it takes me to the same webpage. How do I force discontinue a starting setup?

Try setting it up using an alternative network like a mobile hotspot, and clear your browser cache to see if you can pass it. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your device and then try again.

I returned my ROKU TV to the store. I no longer have a ROKU tv.
