I do have a Roku tv. I plugged in the included charging cable and plugged it into the remote. It would start blinking but stop after a short time. I'd wiggle the cable and it would start blinking again. The remote feels extremely light, like there's no battery in it. I left it to charge overnight but it won't even turn on my Roku tv. It also came with very few written instructions. And, of course, no phone number to call. Anyone have any ideas that would help or a phone number for them? Thanks!
