There's no easy way to do that. You'd have to go to Settings->Network and go through the network setup every time you want to switch from one to the other. You may be able to get a mobile hotspot device for your carrier, but I don't know much about them.
Edit: You should be able to configure both hotspots to have the same SSID and password. You should also have both use 2.4GHz or 5GHz (if your Roku supports it). Have your husband keep his hotspot disabled until you leave. He may have to go to Settings->Network->Check connection once he enables it, but it's easier than having to go through the whole network setup.
