We purchased a used/refurbished Roku from Amazon. When trying to set it up everything was fine until we got to step 5 and we realized we could not find a link code. This is our second Roku so I do know what I'm looking for.
What I find kind of scary is that this used Roku still has the original buyer's information and preferences. We are able to watch the Prime channel under his account.
Is there a way to reset the Roku to a factory default that I can do to make it ours?
And perhaps people should be warned that if they simply return a Roku after setting it up, they need to wipe it. Just like they would with their I-phone.
